1. Who we are

TaperCam Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean TaperCam Ltd.

2. The Site and the waitlist

The Site promotes and takes early-access registrations (the “waitlist”) for TaperCam, a realtime queue-camera product for barbershops and similar service businesses. The product itself is not yet generally available.

Joining the waitlist:

• Does not constitute a purchase
• Does not obligate you to buy the product when it is available
• Does not guarantee you access, a particular price, or a specific launch date
• Can be cancelled at any time by contacting us

Statistics, quotations, and performance claims on the Site are drawn from a pilot programme conducted at our own shop. We make reasonable efforts to present them accurately but do not warrant that similar results will be achieved by any particular shop.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site — including text, design, photography, logos, and trade marks — is owned by TaperCam Ltd or used with permission. You may share links to the Site, but may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or scrape its content for commercial use without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information to the waitlist
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Site content by automated means

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

6. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 5, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TaperCam Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Site is limited to one hundred pounds (£100).

7. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
